Please bring your valid ID or Passport. If you have previous medical records, test results, or a list of medications/allergies, please bring those as well to help our doctors create a safer treatment plan. -

Total costs typically include the consultation fee, diagnostic tests, the procedure itself, and post-op medication. We provide a detailed cost estimate after your initial consultation. Our standard price list is available at the front desk for full transparency. -

We accept Cash, Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), Alipay, and WeChat Pay. -
Payment & Deposits: Is a deposit required?
For outpatient treatments, no deposit is needed. For surgeries, a 10%–20% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is fully refundable if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. -

Yes, we have a dedicated International Patient Service. We provide multilingual support (English, etc.) and can provide medical reports in English upon discharge. -
